Personal Notebook

Problem:

Individuals suffer from information overload because they lack the tools to organize everything from emails to web pages and word documents. The cognitive approach is to organize information by topic and time.

Solution:

The Traction Enterprise Weblog application, is an appropriate match to organize information ranging from a thought scribbled down on a notepad to an email from a customer providing feedback about your service. It is a true notebook that allows an individual to apply topic labels to their Traction articles and to form bi-directional links between related articles.

As desired, all or part of a personal project in Traction can be made selectively visible (to a team project, for example), or even writable, to co-workers, bosses, and others participating in a structured or ad-hoc team. A personal project can also be used as a place to post and organize aging emails to comply with company email archive policies.
