English Abstract: Hearing the term Wiki most contemporaries think just of the success of
the free encyclopedia Wikipedia. While almost nobody doubts the
benefits of these tools for Web Communities, still skepticism prevails
over the advantages for enterprises the tools can offer in the
professional areas. Wikis are still considered as primitive tools,
promoting an anarchic way of working: Since each coworker can change
existing documents even from his superiors. Whereas the analysts of
Gartner prognoses that Wikis will develop to a commonly used tool for
collaboration and up to 2009 more than 50 percent of all companies will
